SAUBER, a company that independently develops and manufactures cleaner products such as single-use lens cleaners and quasi-drug hand sanitizing wipes, has announced the full-scale launch of high-quality tablet-type dishwasher detergent production through a technology agreement with France's Eurotab.

In November 2021, SAUBER signed a technology agreement with Eurotab, Europe's largest tablet manufacturing company, acquiring the technical capability to produce dishwasher detergent of the same quality as those made in Europe, and has since carried out a large-scale expansion of its production facilities.

The manufacturing facilities expanded through the technology agreement with Eurotab are configured with the same specifications as world-class European local equipment, consisting of mixing, pressing, and packaging systems — all of which are state-of-the-art facilities capable of producing high-quality products.

The newly expanded mixing facility is a German-made system that meets the stringent requirements of the EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group), featuring stable mixing and patented technology that enables complete discharge with no residue. The pressing facility is capable of compressing tablets at high compressive strength and producing 1,500 tablets per minute, making it a high-capacity system equipped with advanced technical capabilities.

In addition, the packaging facility incorporates packaging machines from a German manufacturer with over 100 years of history, capable of packaging 1,500 tablets per minute. It is configured as a multi-purpose system that supports both water-soluble film packaging and pillow-type packaging.

According to a SAUBER representative, "By equipping ourselves with the finest technology and latest facilities for the production of eco-friendly, high-quality dishwasher detergent, our employees will take pride in giving their best throughout every stage of production." They further stated, "We plan to continuously develop and release a range of tablet products beyond dishwasher detergent — including laundry detergent, dish soap, and moisture absorbers — that are convenient for everyday use, minimize plastic waste, and reduce carbon emissions through eco-friendly solutions."
