The companies selected for the '2023 Korea Consumer Satisfaction Index No. 1' were announced on January 12. The '2023 Korea Consumer Satisfaction Index No. 1' is an award established to discover future-oriented companies by having consumers directly evaluate the satisfaction of products and services in each field. It was hosted by Hankyung Business and G Valley News, and organized by the Korea Media Marketing Group.

A total of 79 companies were selected in this event. After candidate brands were selected through preliminary research centered on consumers and experts, the excellence of companies in each field was fairly evaluated through a final review, and the results were determined based on the final tallied scores.

Professor Kim Hong-yu of Kyung Hee University Graduate School of Business said, "Companies should set consumer satisfaction as their top priority and focus on achieving sustainable growth while creating innovative and differentiated values." He added, "I hope that through this award, they will enhance brand credibility, actively meet consumer expectations, and leap forward as great companies."

Sauber won the '2023 Korea Consumer Satisfaction Index No. 1' award in the Household Goods (Detergent) category for the second consecutive year. The Korea Consumer Satisfaction Index No. 1 is an award established to discover future-oriented companies by having consumers directly evaluate the satisfaction of products and services in each field.

Sauber is a professional household hygiene products brand creating healthier tomorrows, growing through continuous technological innovation and business agreements with global companies. Following the introduction of high-quality dishwasher tablet detergent and capsule laundry detergent production facilities in 2022, Sauber has solidified its position as a specialized eco-friendly household hygiene products company, currently establishing a monthly production capacity of approximately 22 million tablet detergents based on stable production utilization rates and quality maintenance.

Additionally, the company plans to expand and build tablet and capsule-type liquid detergent facilities through the construction of a third factory within 2023.
